Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving winning proposals? Join us as a Bid Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our business success.

Role Overview: As Bid Manager, you will orchestrate the creation of compelling solutions and proposals that align with customer requirements and showcase our value proposition. You’ll lead the bidding process from initial contact through to contract signing, ensuring every bid is delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full bid lifecycle, from pursuit initiation to contract signature.
  • Identify and mobilize the right resources to develop accurate solutions and high-quality proposals.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the preparation of bids, ensuring cohesive and compelling proposals.
  • Create and maintain a pursuit environment that enables effective sales strategies and win themes.
  • Prepare pricing models and financial analyses ensuring competitive pricing and alignment with both client expectations and Tietoevry Banking profitability targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with Tietoevry Banking bid processes and internal sign-off requirements.
  • Submit complete, high-quality bids that fully address client questions and position us for success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in bid management or proposal development.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and results.
  • Solid understanding of one or more product- or service areas within Tietoevry Banking.
  • Demonstrated experience applying product/service-level knowledge to tailor bids and solutions effectively.
