Job Description

Partnership Relations Manager 

We are looking for a Partnership Relations Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banktech. Tietoevry Banktech is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.   

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage partnership processes, guidelines, and workflows.
  • Identify, assess, and qualify new partnership opportunities.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, training, and certification.
  • Support sales in maintaining strong partner relationships and conducting business reviews.
  • Monitor partner performance based on KPIs and drive improvements.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to align partner activities.
  • Manage partner contracts and legal compliance with the legal team.
  • Ensure risk management and adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate collaboration and maintain partner documentation.
  • Analyze partnership data and implement improvements to the partner management process.

 

Requirements:

  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions.
  • Analytical mindset and precision in daily tasks.
  • Understanding of partnership models, contracts, and basic legal terms.
  • Experience in following areas is considered as advantage:
    • partner management, business development;
    • tech, IT, or banking; 
    • working with KPIs/performance tracking.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
