Your Role
As a Test Automation Engineer in our Financial Crime Prevention division, you will be instrumental in building scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with Developers, QA Managers, and Product Owners in Agile Scrum teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Apply Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) practices to improve test coverage and reduce test cycle times.
- Write clean, maintainable automation scripts using modern programming languages and tools.
- Champion continuous improvement in test automation strategies and contribute to the overall QA roadmap.
- Ensure test solutions are scalable, reliable, and easy to maintain across evolving product architectures.
We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in test automation within enterprise software development.
- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with BDD tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of infrastructure, cloud environments, and product architecture.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
