About the Role

  • Tietoevry Banking is seeking a dynamic and strategic Pre-Sale Manager to join our high-performing New Sales team. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between technology and commercial success, enabling our sales executives to deliver compelling and customer-centric winning proposals.
  • As a Pre-Sale Manager, you will be the technical and strategic backbone of our sales pursuits—owning the solution design, proposal orchestration, and active participation in the bid process, from initial engagement throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Proposal Management
    Act as a trusted solution architect, crafting tailored functional and technical solutions that align with customer requirements and showcase Tietoevry Banking’s value proposition.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Present solution concepts, architectural diagrams, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including board-level executives.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration
    Coordinate multiple workstreams involving technical, non-technical, compliance, security, and commercial experts across Tietoevry Banking domains. Drive clarity, accountability, and momentum throughout the pursuit lifecycle.
  • Process Excellence
    Ensure adherence to Tietoevry Banking’s bidding processes and governance standards. Maintain a high level of rigor and consistency across all pre-sales activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in solution design, stakeholder coordination and workstream management.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting role within a financial technology or enterprise software organization.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, with deep expertise in one or more Tietoevry Banking offerings.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
