Job Description

Are you ready to make a difference? Tietoevry Industry are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Education team in Finland!

Our working model is a flexible hybrid model, combining remote and office work.

You get to work in an international team; our customer service team is currently working n Finland, Sweden, and Norway.

 

In your work, you can e.g., for the following types of tasks:

  • You investigate error messages reported by customers and record any software errors that may have been found.
  • forward to our product development
  • You are involved in the introduction of new products as technical support.
  • You support our customers in using our systems.
  • You get to participate in developing new products and services for the early childhood education sector.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to:

  • Good customer service readiness and problem-solving ability.
  • You work efficiently and systematically.
  • You are a good team player, but you are also capable of working independently.
  • Database skills (SQL/ MS SQL)
  • Strong technical knowledge and interest
  • Previous experience working in IT projects.
  • Good knowledge of Finnish and English

 

In addition, we value:

  • Experience in the field of early childhood education
  • Previous experience working in technical support.
