I’m Filip Ristov, and I work as a Talent Acquisition
Advisor at Tietoevry Create in Sweden.
My role includes partnering with senior leaders to shape
hiring strategies that support our digital future. I use Tietoevry Create’s
values and brand to attract top talent who align with our culture. I lead
full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer, and build strong relationships
with candidates and stakeholders. I also stay on top of industry trends to
continuously improve our talent acquisition practices.
I first joined in April 2023 and returned in November 2024. When I left, I held the same position I have now. After that, I spent six
months working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, followed by eight months at
a small consulting firm where I had the opportunity to start their IT/Tech
segment.
After
leaving, I really missed being part of the full cycle process of bringing the
best talent to the company so that we can contribute to our customers’ needs. I
really liked the company culture, had good colleagues, and a nice office to go
to. The way of working and the work-life balance also made me want to return. I
like the mission we have at Tietoevry Create, which is to bring our customers
and society greater value through the innovation we create together with them.
When I came back, as always, some people had
come and gone, but most of the people I worked with were still here, and that
was a pleasure. There had been some restructuring during the time after I left,
but I truly feel I returned to a better version of Tietoevry Create, where we
can focus even more on our clients and the candidates who want to work with us.
One thing that will improve the candidate experience now is our new Applicant
Tracking System (ATS). It will be easier for us to track the talented people
who want to work at Tietoevry, and also to attract candidates who do not know
anything about us yet.
