My name is Gregor and I proudly work for Tietoevry Create as Topic Owner Advisory in Austria.


You could say I'm the "Head" of Advisory, but in our agile organization, we always like to name things differently. 😊

 

At Tietoevry, we believe that digital transformation goes beyond technology alone. That’s why our Advisory team is providing complimentary services to ensure a holistic and comprehensive view on our customer’s challenges. Personally, I am an expert in organizational development, change management and agile transformations.

 

When leaving the company in 2021, I worked as a consultant in a small systemic organizational development company, supporting clients throughout large and challenging strategy processes, transformations, and changes.

 

What I missed most were the incredible colleagues and the unique sense of camaraderie we had. The organization's cool agile structure allowed for a great deal of freedom and autonomy, while still fostering a collaborative environment where we could achieve remarkable things together. It was this unique combination of amazing colleagues and a dynamic, team-oriented culture that ultimately drew me back to Tietoevry.

 

After my return in June 2023, I was surprised by the rapid growth and transformation the company had undergone in my absence. It was inspiring to see how Tietoevry was always evolving and embracing new ideas and ways of working. I discovered a multitude of new initiatives and opportunities that had been implemented, which truly showcased the organization's commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. It is exciting to be a part of a company that is constantly pushing boundaries and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of the world.

 

What I value most at Tietoevry are my exceptional colleagues who never cease to amaze me with their expertise and willingness to collaborate. Working alongside such brilliant people is an incredible source of inspiration for me every day.
