My name is Bhavesh Patel, and I work as a Senior Software Engineer at Tietoevry Industry in India.

I first joined Tietoevry in June 2021 and made my return in June 2024 after gaining experience at another product-based company in a different sector.

One of the main reasons I decided to come back was the great work culture at Tietoevry, which emphasizes a modern and healthy environment. I truly missed collaborating with like-minded individuals and achieving great results while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. I also appreciate the company's adaptability to new technologies in the market.

When I returned to Tietoevry, I was pleasantly surprised to find that not much had changed; it felt as if I had never left.

At Tietoevry, I value the most the trust that the company has towards its employees. Also, the open culture that we can reach out to anyone in the organization for any kind or information or discussion are valued.
