Tietoevry Education is delivering solutions for Nordic school administrations and this role will be focusing on the Finnish customer base. For 10 months You will be part of a Service and delivery team consisting of other Training Consultants as well as deployment teams, Support specialist, technical support, Integration specialist as well as Delivery management.

Who are you?

We see that you have previous experience from administrative work in Preschool area, and experience in customer relations. You are enthusiastic and driven by interacting with the customer.

You see problems as challenges, and you are interested and curious about learning more about the customers' challenges and working methods.

The Role:

Training Specialist gives advice and guidance to customers for the best utilization of the products related to existing routines, practices, and desired benefits realization.
Develops, coordinates, implements and/or delivers training as it relates to the organization's products and domain/business.

What you need to win the game 

• You have an academic degree or equal experience suitable for this role

• You have experience of the preschool domain and preferably training/consulting activities

• You are fluent in Finnish and English in both speech and writing

• You have experience of interacting with a lot of different parts of an organization
