About the role

In Private Care at Health Suite, we provide healthcare and patient information system, and services to private healthcare providers in Finland

We are looking for curious System Analyst to work with Tietoevry Private Care products. In this position you act in a key role within development team as System Analyst to build outstanding and future proof healthcare software. You will work in close co-operation with Product Owner, development team and our customers. As a System Analyst your main job is to translate both our business and customer needs and expectations to innovative and well-functioning product features and workflows optimized for private healthcare.

In this role you will

• Collaborate tightly with our main customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate those into value adding features and functionalities
• Analyse requirements and prepare development specifications and implementation proposals ensuring our global team delivers customer valued features, and works efficiently
• Addition to your immediate team, work in cross-functional environment consisting of sales, customer service, product management, architecture and release train management
• Keep yourself updated about the latest software technologies, private care domain and product related regulations e.g. GDPR
• Support the sales process with domain and product knowledge

We are looking for someone with

• Hands-on experience in analysing customer needs, modelling business processes and preparing software specifications and implementation proposals for software products
• Experience in private healthcare and its’ processes
• Competence to discuss with our customers about their needs and requirements
• Familiar in working with Agile Scrum or SAFe environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate
• Fluent written and verbal Finnish and English language skills
• Excellent collaboration skills with team player mind-set
• Passion to build great products and solve complex customer problems

It would be beneficial if you also have

• Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Previous work experience in financial management ERP domain
• Knowledge of DynamicHealth, or other healthcare and patient information system
