The Role

As our new Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping Public 360°’s growth in Sweden. This is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing strategic SaaS deals that matter.

You will drive new business with municipalities, regions, and government agencies — and nurture selected existing accounts. Working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with our bid team and product experts, you will guide customers through complex SaaS journeys that improve processes, efficiency, and public services.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the hunt: Drive new customer acquisition across municipalities, regions, and central government. Build, own, and execute account and territory plans.
  • Own the customer journey: From needs analysis to ROI/value cases, demos, workshops, negotiations, and closing.
  • Master the public procurement landscape: Navigate LOU with confidence and collaborate closely with our BID Manager to deliver competitive, compliant bids.
  • Be a strategic partner: Forecast and report sales performance, support go‑to‑market initiatives, and strengthen our reference base and partner ecosystem.

 

Who You Are

  • A proven B2G software/SaaS salesperson (3–5+ years) with strong results in Sweden.
  • Comfortable and credible engaging with senior stakeholders, C‑level leaders, and complex decision structures.
  • Knowledgeable in public procurement and the LOU framework.
  • Driven by relationships and measurable impact — you’re the kind of person who makes things happen.
  • Fluent in Swedish and confident in English; CRM experience (Dynamics/Salesforce) is a plus.
