MentorMate, part of Tieto Tech Consulting is looking for a Senior Manual QA who wants to join a project within a Telecom Team for our respectful client BICS. Successful candidates should correspond to the following set of required competencies/skills:

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to validate functional requirements and clearly prioritize key goals over secondary/nice-to-have features
• Strong knowledge of testing theory
• Good SQL knowledge
• Experience with API testing
• Experience in estimation of testing activities
• Good experience and understanding of agile principles (Scrum)

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge of Jira, Zephyr for Jira
• Hands on experience in end-to-end testing coordination
• Test automation experience (knowledge of Java core)
• Experience with Linux
• Ability to manage maintenance of the test ware

Personal skills:

• Pro-active communication in case of questions, issues, improvement proposals etc., is crucial
• We expect the IT Test Engineers to be team players in an international team, being able to effectively communicate in different ways
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English
• Strong Time management skills and eager to easily switch context/be flexible
