Senior Business Consultant Industry - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create. Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Senior Business Consultant, you

• Lead and manage consulting projects for industry customers, delivering innovative IT solutions

• Analyze customer business needs and objectives, identifying areas for improvement and growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and revenue growth

• Advise customers on emerging trends, technology adoption, and industry best practices within the industry sector

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to both internal and external key stakeholders
   

Who we are looking for

• Several years of professional experience in business consulting for industry customers

• Strong understanding of (manufacturing) industry processes, technologies and market dynamics

• Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A consulting mindset and fluency in both German and English to manage discussions with diverse stakeholders

• A passion for future developments in this area and the desire to learn more about great and innovative IT solutions

The annual gross salary for this position will start from a monthly gross salary € 5.300,00 on a full-time basis (IT collective agreement, ST2), depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the type of contract. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
