In Latvia, we develop and maintain a payment platform that enables banks and financial institutions worldwide to provide a wide range of cashless payment services. Beyond supporting core payment services, our platform helps banks and governments promote financial inclusion and deliver secure and efficient payment solutions.
We are currently looking for a Junior Service Manager to join the Customer Excellence Unit within the Instant Retail, Payments and Cards (IRPC) business unit in Riga.
With us you will
- Support customer service delivery and help ensure agreed service levels (SLAs) are met.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service requests, actions, and updates.
- Organize and coordinate document processing, including preparation, printing, scanning, signing, and archiving of service-related documentation and contracts.
- Assist in sales support activities, including partner service invoicing, contract maintenance, and revenue recognition processes.
- Monitor service activities and support SLA tracking and reporting.
- Support invoicing processes and follow up on customer financial obligations in line with agreements.
- Assist Customer Team Managers and Account Managers with coordination, follow-ups, and administrative tasks related to service delivery.
Competence and skills
- Previous experience in client-facing or operational roles (such as Service Management, Project Management, Customer Support, or similar) is considered an advantage. However, motivated candidates willing to learn are welcome, as full training and support will be provided.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple activities in a structured manner.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Russian is an advantage.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and reliable approach to work.
