Integration Developer - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Integration Developer who wants to be part of Tieto Banktech Professional Services. Tieto Banktech is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. The Professional Services unit delivers tailored and integrated services around our software products. We combine deep knowledge and close proximity to our own software, with specialized domain services. By using agile methodology, complying to standards, adapting to customer specific way of working and applying integrated approach, we deliver seamless and integrated solutions for our customers.

When joining Tieto Banktech as an Integration Developer

• You will join a skilled and supportive team of software engineers, where you continuously learn new skills together with your colleagues.
• You will drive the design and implementation of integration solutions in transaction‑heavy environments, closely collaborating with both your team and stakeholders.
• You will enjoy the stability that comes from long-term customer relationships and close collaboration with our product organization, while still experiencing the variety of taking on different assignments over time.

Who we are looking for

• We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer with a strong technical background and a passion for building robust, scalable solutions. You have:
• 5 years of experience
• Fluent in at least one major backend language, such as:
  • Java
  • Kotlin
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • C#
• Experience from
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
  • Automation
  • AI-powered tools
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
