Job Description
We’re looking for an Incident / Change / Problem Manager to join a new team based in Ostrava. You’ll be responsible for managing IT incidents and changes, coordinating ticket flow, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and customers.
What you’ll do:
- Incident Management: assign and track tickets, coordinate the team, monitor SLAs
- Change Management: plan and manage changes, communicate with teams and the customer
- Problem Management: analyse incidents, identify root causes, and propose long-term solutions
- Create regular reports and charts for the customer
- Communicate with the customer
What we expect:
- At least 1 year of experience in incident, change, or problem management
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like Efecte, ServiceNow
- Strong coordination and analytical skills
- English at B1/B2 level (enough for regular communication)
