Job Description

Define the future of our global, industry focused production and enterprise software business! As Head of Sales, you combine the mindset of a “hunter” with the leadership and vision to manage and grow our global sales team. You will orchestrate ambitious growth across with focus on EMEA, set global revenue strategies, and nurture a high-performing sales and marketing culture—backed by the global leading industry experts and product development teams.

Your Mission

  • Set and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy, driving new customer acquisition and key account growth in close partnership with Marketing
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the global sales team; foster collaboration, accountability, and skill growth+
  • Own the full international sales pipeline—from new logo to renewal—including pipeline reviews, performance management, forecasting, and strategic deal support
  • Represent the company with major prospects, at industry events, and in strategic negotiations to maximize long-term value and competitive edge
  • Collaborate with Product and Management to capture market needs, positioning, and pricing; be the voice of the customer internally
  • Drive alignment and synergy across Sales and Marketing, ensuring high-impact campaigns, tight lead management, and superior customer journey
  • Analyze competitive trends and market opportunities; report KPIs and insights directly to top management

What You Bring

  • Extensive B2B software sales experience (5+ years), including enterprise sales or consultative solution selling in EMEA markets
  • Proven leadership with remote/multinational sales teams; experience mentoring, coaching and inspiring high-performance cultures
  • Hunter mentality and consultative approach—exceptional track record in both acquiring new business and nurturing accounts
  • Strong business acumen; strategic planning, budgeting, and hands-on execution skills
  • Experience building and aligning sales and marketing teams; campaign planning a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; English fluency (other languages welcome)
  • International travel readiness
