Job Description
As our Quality Assurance Manager, you are the organization’s advocate for quality across all operational domains—Sales, Delivery, and Service. From the initial idea to market release and daily operations, you establish the standards, processes, and culture for lasting excellence. You coordinate certification, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in an agile, customer-centric team working closely with executives and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Define quality policies, standards, and quality gates from ideation to release and operations.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and certification frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, OWASP Application Security Verification Standard).
- Establish measurement frameworks for process quality and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with PMs, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and Architects to bake Built-In Quality into planning and execution.
- Coordinate audits, assessments, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and readiness for external attestations.
- Champion training and coaching on quality practices across all roles.
What You Bring
- Strong background in quality assurance, with hands-on leadership across sales, delivery, and/or service teams.
- Experience aligning to relevant regulatory frameworks and standards, including ISO and IT/cyber certifications.
- Proven success in process measurement, reporting, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams—bridging business, product, delivery, and technology.
- Skills in audit coordination, CAPA management, and readiness for compliance certification.
- Passion for training, coaching, and scaling a culture of quality throughout the organization.
- Excellent spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus.
