Job Description
Head of Data and Integration – Global Delivery
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Data and Integration to lead and grow our global delivery practice across Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Latvia, and Poland. This senior leadership role will oversee around 100 professionals, ensuring the highest standards of delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and people engagement — with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation.
The selected candidate will be based in Czechia, with a preference for Brno or Ostrava; however, other locations within the country may also be considered. The role supports a hybrid working model, combining remote work with regular in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for all delivery activities within the practice across multiple countries.
- Partner with market leaders to enhance offerings, build competencies, and maximize growth opportunities.
- Support sales and pre-sales activities, ensuring delivery expertise is embedded in new opportunities.
- Foster cross-practice and cross-country collaboration, ensuring seamless service delivery and alignment with strategic market demand. Take part in global and local leadership forums to drive strategy execution and operational excellence.
- Ensure client and people satisfaction, balancing delivery quality, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
- Drive talent management: recruit, develop, and retain top professionals, while optimizing the talent pyramid and succession planning.
- Strengthen the employer brand across locations to attract and retain talent.
- Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), making the practice a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

- Efficiency: Billable rate, operating costs, resource pyramid optimization
- Growth: Billable hours, time-to-staff, revenue expansion
- People: Employee satisfaction (eSAT), retention/attrition
Key Selection Criteria
We are looking for a leader who brings:
- A proven track record in digital consulting, leading large, distributed, multicultural teams (100+ FTE).
- Strong expertise in operational processes, delivery management, resource optimization, and performance measurement.
- A focus on customer success, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- A strategic and growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills: professional fluency in English, with the ability to engage effectively across geographies and cultures.
- Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration across practices, markets, and locations.
- Proven track record of overseeing and driving projects delivering end-to-end data solutions, with strategic expertise across technologies such as the Azure Data Platform, Snowflake, Advanced analytics, or AI
