We tailor the assessments to the role you have applied for, and so they will vary if you are a graduate or a senior, applying for a technical, non-technical or leadership position. Sometimes assessments are asked to be prepared or completed during the interview as a case study, or we can ask you to complete a digital test in advance.

So, before we make any hire offers, we will ask your approval and cooperation to complete reference checks or verify your recent employment history. Depending on the role or location, we might find it necessary to complete more extended background checks.
