BID Manager – Public 360°
Drive Winning Bids That Shape the Future of Public Services
About Public 360°
Tietoevry is a leading digital services and software company with a global footprint and strong Nordic values. We help organizations in over 90 countries create real digital advantage for both business and society.
Within Tietoevry, Public 360° is our specialized business unit serving public sector organizations across the Nordics. Our case and document management solutions are trusted by 500+ organizations, used by 300,000+ users, and powered by almost 400 passionate experts. Our ambition is bold:
To become Europe’s leading ECM & Decision Support platform for municipalities and government agencies.
We’re already a market leader in the Nordics — and now we’re accelerating further. A strong, effective bidding process is at the heart of our growth, and that’s where you come in.
The Role
As our new BID Manager, you take full ownership of the tender lifecycle for Swedish public procurements (LOU). This is a strategic, high‑impact role where you transform complex requirements into clear, compelling, and winning proposals.
You will drive the full bid process — from qualification to submission — while orchestrating a skilled cross‑Nordic bid team. Working closely with sales, solution architects, delivery, legal, and product experts, you turn insights and collaboration into competitive bids that make a real difference for public organizations.
If you love structure, teamwork, and creating value through smart execution — you will thrive here.
What You Will Do
- Lead the entire bidding journey: Manage end‑to‑end RFI/RFP/RFQ processes under LOU, including timelines, governance, risk assessment, commercial terms, cross‑functional coordination, and quality assurance.
- Drive collaboration: Coordinate a Nordic bid team and leverage best practices, templates, and reusable content to create efficient, high‑quality bids.
- Shape winning strategies: Develop bid strategies, value messaging, and clear differentiators that align with Public 360°’s positioning and the customer’s goals.
- Ensure compliance & governance: Safeguard traceability, compliance, documentation quality, and manage internal go/no‑go decisions.
- Support sales success: Partner with Sales Managers on qualification, cost models, and presentations that strengthen our proposals.
Who You Are
- Experienced (3–5+ years) in complex public tenders in Sweden, with solid knowledge of LOU and procurement processes.
- A strong project manager and communicator who can turn complex information into clear, persuasive content.
- Confident collaborating closely with sales and business stakeholders — ideally with software/SaaS experience in the public sector.
- Fluent in Swedish and comfortable in English; APMP certification or similar is an advantage.
- Structured, solution‑oriented, and motivated by creating order, clarity, and impact through teamwork.
What We Offer
At Public 360°, your expertise directly shapes how public services operate and improve. We invest in professional growth, collaboration, and meaningful work that impacts society.
Professional & Career Development
- Courses, certifications, and structured competence development
- Internal and international career opportunities across teams and business areas
- Access to strong professional communities and cross‑Nordic competence networks
A Culture You’ll Enjoy
- A trusting, collaborative environment with real ownership
- Agile, distributed teams with highly skilled colleagues and a strong “doer” mentality
- A high degree of autonomy and flexible hybrid working options
Modern Setup & Benefits
- Work with modern technologies and impactful, mission‑critical products
- Modern offices in Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen
- Competitive compensation and benefits package
