Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Service Manager to lead a long-term data engineering service engagement for a key client in the manufacturing industry. We are looking for candidates from Pune office (India) This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service delivery environment, has a strong background in Azure-based data platforms, and can drive operational excellence while managing a distributed technical team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of continuous data engineering services for the client.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring service quality, performance, and satisfaction.
- Oversee a team of data engineers working with Azure technologies (ADF, Synapse, Databricks, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance models.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage incident response, change requests, and service reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to align on priorities and roadmaps.
