Job Description

 

As a Spotfire Consultant you will:

  • Maintain and optimize a stable, secure, and high-performing Spotfire environment across Development, UAT, and Production (on-premises and Azure)
  • Provide expert user support: troubleshoot dashboards, optimize performance, and promote analytics best practices
  • Develop and maintain automation routines, manage Spotfire packages, and configure data connections (SQL, REST APIs, OData)
  • Script interactivity and customization using IronPython and support complex data wrangling scenarios
  • Monitor and resolve issues via ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Azure DevOps, ensuring compliance with SLAs
  • Manage the Spotfire content lifecycle, including versioning, library hygiene, deployment coordination, and rollback procedures
  • Enforce security and governance: apply patches, configure access control, and implement data masking where applicable
  • Collaborate with data owners and cross-functional development teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions
  • Integrate Spotfire with Azure Synapse Analytics, including pipeline configuration, SQL pool optimization, and linked service setup

 

Who we are looking for:

  • A skilled Spotfire professional with expertise in administration, dashboard design, and performance optimization
  • A proactive problem-solver who ensures platform stability and user satisfaction
  • Someone experienced in supporting enterprise-scale analytics environments and managing complex integrations
  • A team player who can work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders

 

We would also like you to have:

  • Proven experience with Spotfire administration, package deployment, and optimization
  • Hands-on skills with IronPython, SQL, and data modeling in analytics contexts
  • Working knowledge of Azure platform, DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and analytics lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with enterprise data governance and security frameworks (TR1621 standards – a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in English
