About the role
Are you passionate about leveraging modern technologies to revolutionize healthcare? Do you have previous experience in leading modernization efforts and thrive when you get to work with complex solutions? If so, we invite you to join our Laboratory team as a Solution Architect!
We work in an agile, multinational organization that develops cutting-edge products and services for both public and private sectors across the Nordic countries. Our teams are committed to creating, supporting, and delivering modern solutions used by healthcare and social care professionals throughout the region.
While we've listed several skills and experiences that we believe would be beneficial for this role, please don't be discouraged if you don't tick every box. We're primarily looking for a Solution Architect who is eager to learn and grow with us.
With us you will be responsible for
- Leading modernization and migration efforts: You will lead modernization and migration efforts for a domain within our laboratory unit, with a focus on shifting from old legacy systems to new modern solutions.
- Product design and architecture: You will contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our laboratory solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards
- Support development teams: You will support our development teams with the modernization efforts and work as a technical lead pushing the team onwards
- Collaborating with Global Teams and Customers: You will understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Engaging with Customer Stakeholders: You will build strong relationships to maintain a clear and predictable product vision
We are looking for someone with
- Extensive Experience in modernization and migration projects with complex legacy solutions
- Expertise in Healthcare and open standards and protocols used in Nordic Healthcare, such as HL7 and FHIR
- Strong Technical Skills and a capability to adjust to complex solutions by being able to understand languages and frameworks not up to modern standards
- You have worked with one or more of the following languages and frameworks
- Microsoft ecosystem (C#, WCF, .NET Framework, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET etc.)
- Angular and/or React
- Delphi
- Working proficiency in Finnish and English is mandatory
