Join us as a Service Manager and help shape how we deliver and improve IT services supporting modern software development.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services that enable software engineering teams. These services include cloud-based infrastructure, development platforms, and collaboration tools.
You will work closely with stakeholders across product, architecture, operations, and support to ensure stable and scalable service delivery. In this role, you’ll coordinate cross-functional efforts, act as a main contact for service-related matters, and help evolve service models in line with business goals and best practices.
What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring SLA compliance and high availability
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers and service stakeholders, managing feedback and escalations
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and consultancy
- Track service performance through delivery and financial KPIs and recommend improvements where needed
- Coordinate with product and technical leads to align delivery with priorities and roadmaps
- Be responsible for incident and change management processes
- Drive service improvements based on user input, metrics, and operational reviews
- Promote Agile and DevOps best practices across delivery teams
- Contribute to compliance with internal governance and standards (ITIL, ISO 9001/27001)
- Participate in planning for upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements and oversee the implementation
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in service management, IT operations, or delivery roles
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of ITIL principles, service lifecycle, and performance tracking
- Experience managing feedback loops, escalations, and service improvement initiatives
- Solid English communication skills (written and spoken)
Preferred qualifications
- Background in IT infrastructure, cloud environments, or enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jira, GitLab, or Artifactory and understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile environments with iterative delivery
