Service Manager

We are seeking a Service Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates interest in daily operations, excels in communication, appreciates working within an international setting, and aspires to join our exceptional team at the Operation Center in Tietoevry Banking.  

Are you the one we are looking for? 
You will work with Incident handling across Business units in Banking and collaborate closely with other processes, Problem, Service Request and Change. You will also contribute with operational reporting and collaborate extensively with the Critical Incident- and Service Delivery Managers. 

In the long term, participation in an on-call duty rotation will be expected. 

Desired qualifications: 

• IT competence and experience with Incident/Problem handling  

• Experience with operational reporting 

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken 

• While experience in the banking industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory
