About the role 
 
We are looking to hire a React Native Engineer to join our growing team and lead the development of high-quality mobile applications. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, performant, and user-friendly mobile solutions using React Native, with a strong emphasis on modern JavaScript (ES6+), state management, and clean architecture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions. 
 
 
Responsibilities 

• Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers 

• Implement and manage state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit 

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices 

• Optimize application performance and responsiveness across platforms 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies 

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth 

 
Requirements 

• 5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript 

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native 

• Strong understanding of ES6+ features and modern JavaScript practices 

• Deep knowledge of Redux, Redux Toolkit, and application state management 

• Experience with RESTful APIs, mobile UI/UX patterns, and performance optimization 

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment (App Store / Google Play) 

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

 
A significant advantage would be 

• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth integrations (e.g., BLE devices, wearable tech) 

• Familiarity with native modules and bridging between React Native and native code (iOS/Android) 

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices 

• Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools
