 Backend Developer, RDF Platform Core

Why You’ll Love RDF:
Shape the secure, multi-tenant engine that powers our entire app ecosystem—every line of your code is reused across hundreds of municipalities.
What You’ll Do:
•    Build and evolve Node.js microservices (NestJS) in TypeScript
•    Design event-driven architectures with BullMQ/RabbitMQ for reliable, scalable workflows
•    Implement robust auth flows (JWT/OAuth) and enterprise-grade APIs documented via Swagger
•    Optimize persistence layers in PostgreSQL and Redis (TypeORM) for low-latency, high-volume use
•    Collaborate with SRE to deploy on Azure, instrument metrics, and automate CI/CD
What You Bring:
•    4+ years in backend development (Node.js + TypeScript)
•    Deep understanding of message queues, multi-tenant patterns, and DB tuning
•    Experience writing thorough unit/integration tests in Jest
•    A security-first mindset: you build code that passes our GDPR/WCAG/security gate

Frontend Developer, RDF App Squad
Why You’ll Love RDF:
Be at the frontier of public-sector innovation—help build the “App Store” that thousands of municipalities will use to solve real citizen problems.
What You’ll Do:
•    Craft responsive, accessible UIs in TypeScript & Next.js (server components + app directory)
•    Partner daily with designers, product owners, and QA to turn wireframes into working features
•    Leverage Tailwind CSS & ShadCN UI to ship pixel-perfect, performant experiences
•    Extend our web apps to mobile with Expo, delivering a true cross-platform footprint
•    Continuously experiment with new web standards and optimize front-end pipelines
What You Bring:
•    3+ years building large-scale React/Next.js apps
•    Passion for CSS-in-JS, accessibility (WCAG), and performance tuning
•    A “get-it-done” mindset: you break down requirements, propose solutions, and iterate fast
•    Eagerness to learn AI-powered development tools and mentor teammates
