Product Manager - Tieto Banktech (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Product Manager who wants to be part of Tieto Banktech. Tieto Banktech is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation. 

This role sits with the business unit Instant Realtime Payments & Cards (IRPC). In IRPC we empower payments with cutting-edge software and services, covering traditional cards payments, and instant multi-rail payments​. Within IRPC you will be part of the Product Management Team, taking on the product leadership for 1 of our 3 product areas – Acquiring Services.

When joining Tieto Banktech in this Product Manager role you will take on the product leadership for Acquiring Services with the following key responsibilities: 

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution in collaboration with architecture, development, and business teams.
• Lead product operating planning, including revenue & profitability outcomes, investment business cases, and pricing
• Represent the product area in sales events and customer engagements
• Drive innovation and scalability in line with Tieto Strategy
• Create and maintain product documentation

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in banking, payments, or fintech, with deep knowledge of payment flows.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, compliance, and operational models.
• Demonstrated success in product management and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to lead with clarity in complex environments and influence across teams.
• Good communicator, from external sales and marketing to internal stakeholder management
• Fluent in Swedish (or another Nordic or Baltic language) and English, both verbally and in writing
