Job Description

Tietoevry invites to join our Data Platforms team. Our tasks range from 1st line support to help clients with their daily requests to ensure stable electronical data interchange (EDI) to implementation of customers and new solutions for corporate customers in public, bank and business sectors. We promise you a great and positive working environment.

 

With us you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure high level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, clients, technicians
  • Provide first line support to customers in Nordics via email, ticketing systems and other tools
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions by using internal knowledge base
  • Continuously maintain and develop one’s work-related knowledge
  • Improve, update knowledge database and work with ticket backlog when the need arises

 

We expect you have:

  • Fluent Norwegian language, as well as English
  • Solid computer skills and interest in IT field (Service specific training and general knowledge is provided by the department)
  • High learning capability

 

As a person:

  • Fast learner who adapts easily and can strive in a dynamic working environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and passion for customer service
  • Accountable mindset with ability to work independently and knowing how to prioritize tasks
  • Eager to take initiative and ‘’can do’’ attitude

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands. The salary is a part of the remuneration package provided by Tieto Latvia, that includes additional bonuses and opportunities (health insurance, additional holidays, professional development etc.)
