Marketing & Communications Partner / Senior Marketing & Communications Manager (m/f/d) - Tietoevry Create

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing & Communications Partner who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create - the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.

In this role, you plan and execute marketing activities that strengthen Tietoevry brand, support business development, and drive lead generation in the Austria. Act as a SPOC for Markets team, working closely with Sales, Employer Branding, and Subject Matter Experts, taking responsibility for various communication channels and ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns. Focus on online and content marketing.

When joining Tietoevry Create as a Marketing & Communications Partner, you are responsible for:
 

• PR & Media: Strategic media relations including news jacking, press pitches, social media marketing, content creation with the aim of editorial media coverage in relevant industry media (online, print, TV), planning of market research projects including budgeting and management of external agencies. 

• Performance Marketing: Planning and executing digital campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, newsletter workflows). Tracking performance metrics and suggesting improvements based on data. Taking care of content, visuals and logistics.

• Social Media Management: Developing and scheduling engaging content aligned with global content strategy and local news. Aligning messaging with employer branding and service offering.

• Event Support: Managing event planning and executing, coordinating the company’s presence at industry events including logistics, branding, and promotional materials.

• Content Creation: Drafting, reviewing, localizing and adapting marketing texts for different audiences and channels (web, social media, e-books & whitepapers).

• Website Management: Manage updates, improvements, and SEO optimization. Ensure clear, user-friendly content structure and coordinate with external developers or designers when needed.
   

Who we are looking for

• A university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• At least 4 years experience in B2B Marketing in the IT services or consulting sector

• Experience in planning, running and evaluating digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing and SEO, content creation and events organization

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across departments

• Strong writing and communication skills in both German (C1+) and English

• Interest in new technologies and a proactive approach to learn and apply AI tools in marketing

The monthly gross salary for this position will start from € 3.843,00 (IT collective agreement, "ST1 Regelstufe") on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the type of contract. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
