About the Role 

We’re looking for a result-driven and customer-oriented Manufacturing Cluster Lead to join our private sector Delivery Operations leadership team. This is a first-line leadership role with full responsibility for leading people, projects, and performance across a dynamic and growing customer portfolio. 

As a Manufacturing Cluster Lead, your primary responsibility is to ensure high-quality delivery and customer success across the manufacturing client base. You'll work closely with clients, delivery teams, and sales to ensure seamless operations and continuous value creation. 

You'll be successful in this role if you know how to drive strong delivery profitability while keeping your team fully engaged and productive. You can maintain high utilization rates without compromising quality, delight customers with exceptional service (CSAT), find additional opportunities for customers, and create a workplace where employee satisfaction thrives. Your ability to uphold top-notch quality and compliance standards will set you apart and ensure long-term success. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in delivery leadership, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial domain 
• People leadership experience, ideally with larger teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture with a continuous growth mindset 
• Strong customer engagement skills and a history of building trusted relationships 
• Ability to navigate complex delivery environments and actively support sales and pre-sales processes with delivery expertise and customer understanding. 
• Familiarity with digital and data solutions for smart manufacturing is a strong plus 
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across organizational boundaries 
• Fluent in Finnish and English for smooth collaboration with cluster customers

• Ensure high-quality delivery by meeting contracted terms and driving customer satisfaction and delivery profitability within your cluster 
• Lead and develop your team end-to-end: from hiring and development to performance management and compensation. You’ll foster an inclusive and engaged work culture 
• Drive business growth by supporting new opportunities and leading cluster-level initiatives 
• Maintain strong awareness of customer needs and industry trends while building relevant networks
