About the role

We’re looking forward to onboard a Manager for Development team in Specialized Products and Consulting unit. Our people make a difference for healthcare in their daily operations, and we are proud of our experts in development and consultancy.

As manager in our team, you will lead a team of experts and contribute proactively to improve, implement and follow up our ways of working in daily operations in selected areas. Your daily work consists of People Management and leading and implementing our strategy for the future. You will work in close collaboration and be a part of Development leadership team, your direct reporting people and other key persons and stakeholders.

In this role you will

• Lead and mentor one of our teams with mainly Product Development and Consultancy experts
• Contribute to and actively participate in our transition strategy and journey
• Secure fulfilment and actions to reach our KPIs to align with the organization's goals
• Continuously strengthen and harmonize our way of working by aligning related tools, processes, routines, data, support and services
• Foster collaboration and networking within and beyond our business unit

We are looking for someone with

• Engagement in people management
• Driving mindset and coaching skills
• Experience in Product Development and/or Consulting areas and services
• Understanding of and experience in healthcare area
• Fluent in English and either Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian 

It would be beneficial if you also

• Have experience in people management
• Have experience in product development
• Have experience in support and customer delivery areas and services
• Have experience in software products for healthcare area
• Have experience in change management and transition journeys
