About the role

If so, we invite you to join our innovative team as a Lead Solution Architect to lead our key solution development initiatives! With us you will be responsible for:

  • Leading product design and architecture: You will lead architectural decisions that shape the future of our healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards
  • Collaborating with our customers and global teams: You will understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions 
  • Engaging with customer stakeholders: You will build relationships to maintain a clear and predictable product vision 
  • Identifying and mitigating risks: You will detect gaps in architecture, ways of working, security, deployment, and configuration, proposing solutions to minimize risks and enhance system integrity 
  • Mentoring and coaching team members: You will guide them in resolving complex technical issues and foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement and scaling of our competencies

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record to lead designing and implementing of complex software systems and system modernizations
  • Strong architectural skills to conceptualize and design holistic solution architectures that meet current and future needs
  • Experience on customer-facing roles and facilitating discussions and workshops with different stakeholders
  • Good understanding and experience on translating customer and business requirements to tangible architectural designs and technology selections
  • Knowledge of cloud and containerization, including proficiency in public and private cloud platforms and container technologies like docker and kubernetes
  • Strong technical skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns
  • Programming experience that helps you understand challenges and possibilities when working with fellow architects and lead developers
  • Experience with healthcare standards like FHIR and openEHR to ensure interoperability and compliance
  • Agile methodology proficiency, with experience working in agile environments utilizing methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
  • Working knowledge about enterprise architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF)
