Junior Test Engineer - Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior Test Engineer who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. With us you will be responsible for: 

• Designing and executing test cases based on user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specifications
• Performing functional, regression, integration and acceptance testing
• Identify, log, and track defects in our defect management system (e.g. Octane, JIRA)
• Participating in on-line sessions with our customers to support their testing needs during integration and acceptance testing phases
• Using our different transactions simulators to test our systems
• Collaborate with test managers, developers and product managers to understand features, defects and technical implementation
• Supporting our test strategy
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools

We expect you have:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual or automated)

• Functional Tester role covering functionality testing, integration testing, system testing and user acceptance testing
• Experience in APIs testing
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good command in spoken and written English to join our projects with Banks in UK, Finland, Sweden, etc.
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Experience in Banking/Finance and Card industry is an advantage
• Willingness and curiosity to learn how Payment Card industry works
