We tailor the assessments to the role you have applied for, and so they will vary if you are a graduate or a senior, applying for a technical, non-technical or leadership position. Sometimes assessments are asked to be prepared or completed during the interview as a case study, or we can ask you to complete a digital test in advance.

Depending on the role or location, we might find it necessary to complete more extended background checks.
