About the role 

In this role, you will be part of the global Caretech People and Culture team and act as the main HR contact in Finland as well as a trusted partner to managers, employees, and business leaders. You will influence people, culture, and processes on both strategic and operational levels. 

 

This is a meaningful HR role in one of the largest IT companies in the Nordics, where your work has real impact. In this role your responsibilities will include 

Strategic and operational HR partnering 

  • Coach and advise managers on various HR matters and people leadership 
  • Support the business in organizational design, change management, and people-related decision making 
  • Ensure that employment matters are handled in line with company values, ethical principles, and local legislation 

 

Culture, engagement, and employee experience 

  • Lead and support initiatives that strengthen collaboration, wellbeing, and employee experience 
  • Actively contribute to improving leadership practices and fostering employee engagement and retention 

 

HR processes and continuous improvement 

  • Develop and implement HR processes, practices, and policies together with HR colleagues in Finland, the Nordics and globally 
  • Bring insight, experience, and data to continuously improve our HR ways of working 

 

Recruitment and talent attraction 

  • Support managers in recruitment processes and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers together with our Talent Acquisition team 
  • Support the business in forecasting and fulfilling competence needs 

 

Local HR responsibility 

  • Act as the key HR contact in Finland and ensure a positive employee environment and effective local HR practices 

We are looking for someone with 

  • Solid experience in HR business partner role, preferably in an international environment 
  • Strong knowledge of Finnish labor law and experience in handling diverse employment matters 
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on 
  • Excellent communication, advisory, and problem-solving skills 
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset 
  • Experience in recruitment 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment 
  • Professional fluency in Finnish and English
