Head of Customer Management - Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Head of Customer Management who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation. 

 

We are growing and are looking for a section manager to lead a dedicated team of Customer managers and be a part of the Cards Sales department. Tietoevry Banking Cards delivers scalable and modular Card as a Service and leading software built by unmatched industry expertise, accelerating the digital transformation of financial institutions.

 

The Customer Management team plays a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and supporting our clients’ digital transformation journeys. The team is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions across our portfolio of banking services. By collaborating closely with product, compliance and delivery teams, Customer Management ensures that our customers receive the highest level of service and value, contributing directly to the growth and success of Tietoevry Banking.

 

When joining Tietoevry Banking as a Head of Customer Management

 

  • You join a skilled team of card experts, where you learn new things with your colleagues
  • You will be responsible for setting customer plans, developing strategies, monitoring and analyzing performance.
  • You will play an important part of budgeting and forecasting.
  • You will be responsible for a dedicated European portfolio and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
  • You will be the owner of weekly and monthly sales meetings
  • You will support a team of sales experts.
  • You will negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
  • You will participate and prepare Governance meetings on a tactical level.

  • You have proven experience with developing good customer management teams
  • You foster a positive workplace culture and actively ensure that every team member feels recognised, included, and appreciated
  • You value and understand the importance of good relationships, both internally and externally.
  • You show flexibility in responding to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have the ability to produce high-quality content within deadlines.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing

We also believe you have

  • A university degree or similar educational background is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A good understanding of technology and can understand complex value chains on a high level.
