Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Dispatch & Access Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Tietoevry Create. In this role, you will be at the heart of our field operations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, field engineers, logistics partners, and site owners.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch field engineers to customer sites based on support tickets.
- Manage site access requests for internal teams and external partners.
- Validate and process inbound site-related requests from customers.
- Support logistics for materials and equipment needed at field locations.
- Act as the main point of contact for site access, shipping, and remote hands requests.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple departments and with external site owners.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of dispatch and access processes.
Qualifications
- A technical degree or relevant post-secondary education.
- At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Office365 and standard workplace tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Comfortable working across departments and in a global team environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in a native language is a plus.
Will be an advantage
- Understanding of telecommunications technologies (e.g., IP, WDM, fiber, site infrastructure).
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
- Experience with IT development projects or technical coordination roles.
- ITIL certification or similar qualification.
