Interviews
We truly believe that company culture and values play a big role in our success. That's why we've crafted our interview process to get to know you as a whole person, not just a resume. The number and focus of the interviews you will participate in will vary based on the role you have applied for. You can expect at least two interviews, sometimes more, which may take place via phone, digital meeting, or in person.
Usually, one will focus on your skills and competences related to the role and the other one on you as a person and colleague, your motivations and soft skills.
Assessments and tests
We want to make sure we get a good insight into your skills and potential, and as unbiased as possible. That’s why, we sometimes use assessments or tests in our processes.
We tailor the assessments to the role you have applied for, and so they will vary if you are a graduate or a senior, applying for a technical, non-technical or leadership position. Sometimes assessments are asked to be prepared or completed during the interview as a case study, or we can ask you to complete a digital test in advance.
Background verification
We build trust by being good role models and showing integrity. This is an essential part of our company culture and our responsibility towards our customers. Background verifications is key for us because it helps ensure we're bringing on board trustworthy team members that share our view.
So, before we make any hire offers, we will ask your approval and cooperation to complete reference checks or verify your recent employment history. To make this process as efficient and smooth as possible, we use Refapp portal for digital reference checking and employment verification. Depending on the role or location, we might find it necessary to complete more extended background checks.

Once we have decided we are a perfect fit for each other, we will send you an offer that outlines all the exciting details! We’ll walk you through everything, answer any questions you might have, and make sure you feel good about your decision. It’s an exciting step, and we can’t wait to welcome you!
Then, lets get you onboarded! Before the first day, our ambition is that navigating a 16,000-person company should feel like navigating a 160-person company. This is one of the objectives of our online pre-boarding.
