Job Description

Tietoevry Create is inviting talented professionals to join our team as a Support Coordinator in Ukraine for remote collaboration. As a Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations for employees at our local offices. You will be the first point of contact for onsite hardware support, device management, and coordination of IT assets. The position focuses on employee support (not customer delivery or facilities management) and requires a proactive approach to maintaining global IT standards and processes in close collaboration with the Core IT team.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT onsite support, technical coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS device management
  • Familiarity with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, and related enterprise tools
  • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and endpoint connectivity
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining high service quality
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Be comfortable collaborating regularly with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds

 

Areas of Responsibility

  • Follow all full compliance with Company’s device policies
  • Use and promote modern automation tools such as Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager for device provisioning and onboarding
  • Maintain global asset visibility and compliance in systems including Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Absolute
  • Provide hands-on support for employee hardware issues — laptops, mobile devices, and accessories
  • Perform device resets (laptops and mobiles) and support MFA and password resets
  • Prepare IT equipment for new employees and assist with onboarding when required
  • Manage Sustainability Hub operations (where applicable): device return/ prepare, store, and ship laptops and peripherals to remote users/ handle received parcels with IT equipment and vendor devices/ manage the lifecycle of devices, including preparing laptops for reuse or disposal/ maintain accurate inventory levels of IT equipment and ensure organized storage areas (laptops, monitors, docks, keyboard, mouses, headsets, cables)
  • Coordinate vendor contacts for laptop repairs and service follow-ups
  • Handle onsite and remote user support tickets through ServiceNow (OSS assignment group)
  • Support and Coordinate team from different locations / countries to deliver high-quality IT services/ support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a consistent service approach and skill alignment
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance evaluations, creating individual growth and development plans
  • Provide guidance and escalation support during peak workloads or complex technical incidents
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
     

Will be an advantage

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk or other ITSM platforms
  • Prior experience in international or large enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of automation and device lifecycle management tools
  • Interest in sustainability and IT asset reuse initiatives
